We believe in organic growth where we measure our impact by the sustainable livelihood created and measured by the before and after living standards achieved after a few years by our project recipients, their kids and their dependents.

We believe in paying a living wage for the work as well as accommodating the needs of a community scarred by a 30-year conflict and the resulting trauma.

Bringing together the various ethnic communities is a part of our mission which we plan to achieve through the expansion of our

model to other areas of the country.
